Terms of Sale
When you place an order with us you are offering to purchase that item subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or issues beyond our control (force majeure). Jack Murphy Clothing will not be held responsible for delays such as these should they occur. Please see our Delivery Section for further information.
In order to contract with Jack Murphy Clothing you must be over 18 years of age, with a valid credit or debit card issued by a financial institution deemed acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. In placing an order you accept the responsibility to provide us with only true and accurate information, to use only debit/cards that you are authorised to use, and to ensure that the appropriate funding is in place to cover the cost of the order. The cost of products sold to foreign markets may fluctuate and as a result all prices advertised are subject to change.
Order Acceptance
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of said order. However this email is simply an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance of the order occurs only when you receive an email to inform you that your goods have been despatched. Only the goods listed in the despatch email will be included in the contract.
Pricing and Availability
We endeavour to ensure that all information, images and prices featured on our website are correct and accurate. However errors may occur so in the instance that we discover an error in the pricing of an order which you have placed you will be contacted as soon as possible and given the option of going ahead with the order at the correct price or cancelling the order altogether. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Goods will not be dispatched until your card has been authorised. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Promotional Discount Codes
Promotional discount codes may occasionally be offered to registered members. These codes may only be applied to purchases made through the particular member account to which the discount code was offered. We may also occasionally offer promotional discount codes which can be applied to any, or to certain specified purchases made through the website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied to any one order. Specific Terms and Conditions may apply to certain codes and these will be specified at the time of issue.

Not all of the goods we sell are available through every stockist. Many stockists keep only a limited number of products from each collection in stock. Please visit us on www.jackmurphy.ie to find your nearest stockist and make sure to contact them prior to your visit to ensure that they are currently stocking the product(s) that are of particular interest to you.

We have made every effort to display the colours and textiles of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible however, as computer monitors and settings may vary, we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as depicted on your screen.
