Shipping is calculated at a flat rate depending on your shipping address. Please find the list of our current flat rates below, variations can occur within different countries and states etc. Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We use An Post and DHL for secure and reliable delivery service, both of whom aim to adhere to the recommended delivery times above.

Jack Murphy Clothing cannot be held liable for any delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance or duties. DHL Worldwide will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes and /or brokerage fees, should any apply, at time of delivery. As Jack Murphy Clothing has no control over such taxes or charges, they are not calculated in your online total.

Due to freight delays, Covid-19 restrictions and high volumes of deliveries coming through our warehouse network, there may be delays in receiving your Jack Murphy purchase. We are working extremely hard to ensure your package(s) is delivered quickly and safely. 

Christmas Deliveries

Orders will be processed up until December 20th, though delivery cannot be guaranteed before Christmas.

Orders placed after the 20th, or over the festive period may be subject to fulfilment delays.

Online Cancellation Policy

Under the distance selling regulations, customers have up to 7 working days after receiving their delivery to cancel their order (with the exceptions of perishable or made to order goods). We can change or cancel an order at any time before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched when a customer cancels, the customer can return the goods to Jack Murphy and receive a refund (excluding delivery cost) once the return conditions detailed below are met.

Returns Procedure

At Jack Murphy, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange, credit or refund within 60 days of purchase. 


Simply fill out the returns form, including your email order confirmation and send to the following address. We will then inspect the item to ensure that it is in the same condition as delivered, and process your return or refund. Please note, shipping is not included in your refund unless the item is received incorrectly or faulty.

  • Product to be Returned
  • Reason for Return
  • Preference for Refund or Exchange
  • If exchange is preferred the details of preferred replacement product must be specified

Refunds will be credited according to the original method of payment (excluding delivery cost). Returned goods will only be accepted if they are sent back in fully resalable condition, including any tags, labels and product packaging, all of which must be fully intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in saleable condition.

*Sale items must be purchased within 14 days to receive a refund.

The following criteria must be met when returning goods:

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging in resalable condition
  • Goods must be accompanied by a fully completed returns form which can be downloaded here.
  • Goods may be sent back by post. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage.


Faulty Goods

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that an order is faulty, incorrect or incomplete please accept our apologies and notify us at within 24 hours of receipt.

Then follow the returns procedure as detailed above and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay for postage if I am returning or exchanging an item?

Yes, you will have to pay the return postage on any items that you return for a refund or exchange. However we are happy to post you out a different style or size for free if you are exchanging a garment. You will be required to pay the postage on any subsequent exchange of that item.

What if I am exchanging an item for another style that is a different price?

We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or will require that you pay any additional money owed on a more expensive item.

What happens if my order comes in two deliveries? Will I be charged for postage twice?

No, you only pay one postage cost per order.
