Care Instructions
- Always hand-wash your scarf in cold or lukewarm water (no hotter than 30 °C/86 °F) using a mild detergent formulated for delicates like wool or cashmere
- Let it soak gently for about 5–10 minutes, using a soft motion to agitate—never wring or scrub the fibers
- Rinse thoroughly in clean water until no residue remains
- Instead of wringing, roll the scarf in a clean towel to gently absorb moisture, then reshape it and lay it flat to air dry on another towel
- Avoid hanging, tumble drying, or placing it in direct heat or sunlight to prevent stretching or fiber damage

Returns
Returns accepted within 60 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 14 working days after receipt at our warehouse.
